TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
When booking Montserrat these terms and conditions apply.
By confirming a booking you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated herein.
It is important that you read and understand these terms and conditions before proceeding with booking.

  • A 50% non refundable deposit is required to be paid immeadiately upon confirming a booking.  Bookings will not be considered confirmed until the deposit has been recieved
  • The balance of payment must be paid no less than 5 days prior to the event date

For bookings interstate or intrastate:
  • Clients are required to provide return airfares including any excess luggage fees
  • The cost of rental cars, insurance, fuel and associated expenses are at the clients cost
  • Clients are required to provide accommodation and meals for the duration of the bands travel and performance time
  • Backline and production fees are at the clients cost
  • A food and drinks rider is to required for the performance


For bookings requiring travel greater than 3 hours duration each way:

  • Clients are required to provide accommodation and meals for the duration of the bands travel and performance time
  • A food and drinks rider is to required for the performance
  • If the booking is for the 12 piece band production costs will be at the clients cost



The 50% booking deposit is NO REFUNDABLE and will be retained to cover admin costs and loss of wages should a client cancel a booking.

If the band is unable to honour the booking date an alternative date to
perform will be offered or the client will recieve a full refund.
