In an industry as fickle as life itself, few have what it takes to endure and make it to the top.
It’s a fine balance of networking and talent, which when combined can make or break an artist in today’s music industry. One such artist who has endured the rigors of the rat-race is Sharon Brooks.
Born and raised in Barbados, Sharon’s extensive 16 year career includes a resume of working with the who's-who of the music world. She began at the age of 16, winning the Richard Stoute Teen talent competition, and then moved on to working as a backing vocalist with the iconic Caribbean super-group “Spice & Company”.
From there the journey was onwards and upwards. Her credits include working with Nigel & Marvin Lewis, Beres Hammond, The Mighty Sparrow, John King, The Mighty Gabby and a host of other Caribbean stars.
Sharon describes her start in the industry as “…an experience second to none".
