Tom is one of Brisbane's most talented and gifted percussionists with extensive experience in Pop, Latin-American, Funk, Brazilian and African, Pacific Island, Indian, Chinese and Egyptian drumming using keyboard skills and Afro-Cuban percussion as a base. His diverse talents extend to sound engineering and didgeridoo playing, he also studied piano for 6 years but his real passion is playing percussion which he has done with a wide variety of bands.
During his illustrious career Tom has toured with Reggae band 'The Bob Marley Show' and spent 3 months in China with the Pop/Reggae band 'Tropical Storm'.

He also teaches percussion at Billy Hydes Drumworx (Brisbane) and leads workshops at schools and several other venues .
Tom has embraced the Jimmy Buffett genre performed by Montserrat with passion and delivers a performance worthy of 'Coral Reefer' percussionist Ralph MacDonald.
